1.5 mile upstream from slough meadow is benham falls. from here up to the top o'thee cascades is the upper deschutes.

here's a better one of it's head...they were crawlin on everything, yesterday. freaked me out a few times...then, i made friends. C: better than mosquitoes everywhere!!! probably why no one was catchin anything...fish were full.

ok - I went a bit crazy but love fly-fishing and bugs because it connects the fishing to thee great outdoors in a cool way.
